挂线快速松解术治疗耻骨直肠肌综合征的疗效观察

To Explore the Effect of Hangs the Line Rapid Loosening Treatment for Puborectalis Syndrome

目的观察挂线快速松解术治疗耻骨直肠肌综合征的疗效。方法选取我院收治的耻骨直肠肌综合征患者70例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予挂线快速松解术治疗,对照组给予耻骨直肠肌部分切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,1年复发率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论挂线快速松解术治疗耻骨直肠肌综合征的临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of hanging line rapid loosening treatment of puborectalis syndrome. Methods 70 cases of patients with puborectalis syndrome were selected from our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given the hanging line rapid loosening treatment, while the control group was given the puborectalis muscle resection treatment. We compared the treatment effects between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group. And the recurrence rate after one year of observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of hanging line rapid loosening treatment for puborectalis syndrome is good, worth for promotion.
