可吸收螺钉治疗骨关节骨折疗效观察

To Explore the Effect of Absorbable Screws for the Treatment of Fracture of Bone and Joint

目的研究分析可吸收螺钉对骨关节骨折患者的临床治疗效果,提升骨关节骨折患者的治疗效果。方法根据我院的29例骨关节骨折患者进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和研究组,对照有12例患者,使用传统内固定手术治疗,研究组有17例患者,使用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后,两组患者的并发症几率为,研究组11.76%,对照组33.33%,两组患者的满意度情况为,研究组高于对照组。结论骨关节骨折患者接受可吸收螺钉治疗具有比较好的效果,临床中疗效可靠,对患者的术后并发症具有较好的降低作用,患者临床治疗满意度比较高,医患关系和谐,对患者的生活质量改善具有较大的帮助。

Objective To study the effect of absorbable screw in the treatment of bone and joint fracture and improve the treatment of patients with fracture of bone and joint. Methods 29 patients with fracture of bone and joint in our hospital were divided into control group and study group. 12 patients of the control group received the traditional fixed operation, while 17 patients of the study group received the absorbable screw fixation. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the probability of complications of the study group and the control group were 11.76% and 33.33%, respectively. And the satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of absorbable screws in treatment of patients with fracture of bone and joint is good and reliable. This measure can decrease the incidence of patients＇ postoperative complications. The patients＇ satisfaction rate of the clinical treatment is relatively high. This measure make a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and help for the life quality of patients. So we can clinical promote the use of this treatment.
