无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Stureless Small Incision Etracapsular Cataract Extraction for Hardcore Cataract

目的探讨无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障的临床疗效。方法选取我院82例白内障患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果患者手术治疗后球镜矫正视力与裸眼视力超过0.5的有效率差异不具显著性;患者术中并发症发生率为11.95%,术后并发症发生率为21.74%。结论硬核白内障采用无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,能有效提高患者视力,同时还能降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of sutureless small incision extra capsular cataract extraction for hardcore cataract. Methods 82 cases of cataract patients in our hospital were selected as objects of study, with a retrospective analysis. Results The differences of corrected vision spherical and uncorrected visual acuity of more than 0.5 efficiency after surgery were not significant. The intraoperative complication rate was 11.95%, and the postoperative complications rate was 21.74%.Conclusion For the patients with hardcore cataract,sutureless small incision extracapsular cataract extraction treatment, can effectively improve the visual acuity and reduce the incidence of complications.
