慢性胰腺炎的外科治疗及术式评价

To Explore the Surgical Treatment and Operating Method of Chronic Pancreatitis

目的探讨慢性胰腺炎的外科治疗效果及手术方式选择。方法选取我院2009-2013年收取的40例慢性胰腺炎患者为研究对象。根据患者临床一般资料作分析,其中有男性患者27例,女性患者13例。根据患者病因以及其术中病变类型选择相对应的手术方式。结果 40例患者实施不同的手术进行治疗,在围手术期间未出现死亡病例。行引流手术患者手术有效率达到了87.5%。胰尾空肠吻合手术在缓解患者疼痛的上效果较好,手术有效率也达到了80%。结论对慢性胰腺炎患者进行外科治疗应根据患者实际病变情况等选择术式,坚持个性化原则。通过合理的外科手术治疗利于减轻患者腹痛、腹泻等症状,利于提高慢性胰腺炎患者术后康复率。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment and operating method of chronic pancreatitis. Methods 40 cases of chronic pancreatitis patients in our hospital from 2009-2013 were selected in this study. According to the general data of patients with clinical analysis, there were 27 male patients and 13 female patients. We chose the operating method based on the causes of the disease and the type of the lesions. Results 40 patients received different operation treatment, and there were no death in the intraoperative period. The effective rate for drainage operation reached 87.5%. The tail of the pancreas and jejunum anastomosis operation could relieve the pain for patients very well with effective rate of 80%. Conclusion Surgical treatments are performed according to the causes of the disease, which should be also different for each individuals. Surgical operation can palliate abdominal pain and improve life quality o f CP patients.
