治疗跟骨骨折多种方式疗效分析

To Compare the Effect of Two Ways of the Treatment for Calcaneal Fracture

目的研究跟骨骨折患者运用闭合撬拨复位斯氏针内固定,切开复位跟骨钛板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院诊治的128例(139足)跟骨骨折患者,将其分为两组,比较分析。结果通过对两组患者进行比较,组1患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症以及治疗费用均优于组2患者,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨骨折运用不同方法治疗各有优缺点,但综合来说,如跟骨软组织条件允许及经济许可,最好选择切开复位跟骨钛板内固定治疗。

Objective To compare the effects between the open reduction with internal fixation of titanium plate and the closed poking reduction with Steinmann＇s pin internal fixation for calcaneal fractures. Methods 128 cases of our hospital patients（139 feet） of calcaneal fractures were selected. They were divided into two groups. Results The bleeding volume, operation time, the incidence of complications and the cost of treatment of the first groups were better than those of the second group. The differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion All of the two kinds of treatment have advantages and disadvantages. But in generally, the best choice for the patients with calcaneal fractures is the open reduction with internal fixation of titanium plate, considering the calcaneal soft tissue and financial conditions.
