综合护理干预对呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果的影响

Influence of The Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Clinical Effect in the Treatment of Patients With Respiratory Failure

目的探讨综合护理干预对呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果的影响。方法 82例呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组各41例,对照组患者给予呼吸科常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理措施。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.1%,高于对照组患者的80.5%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肺功能改善情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有助于改善呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the influence of the comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effect in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure. Methods 82 patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the observation group（n=41） and the control group（n=41）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The total effective rate of patients of observation group was 95.1%, the control group was 80.5%（P〈0.05）. The improvement of pulmonary function of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the effect of treatment of patients with respiratory failure.
