腹腔镜低位保肛术治疗直肠癌的围手术期护理观察

Nursing Observation on Patients With Rectal Cancer in Perioperative Period Protecting Anus Low by Laparoscopic

目的探讨腹腔镜低位直肠癌保肛术的围术期护理方法。方法选取2013年1月-2013年6月来我院接受直肠癌保肛手术的50例患者的围手术期护理进行观察分析。结果接受护理后,患者SDS评分（25.21±3.32）、SAS评分（19.45±2.23）、VAS评分（2.96±0.58）,明显低于护理前（P〈0.05）。结论对低位直肠癌保肛术围手术期患者的合理有效护理,能为患者减轻痛苦,是术中术后有效的护理方法。

Objective To study the nursing methods on rectal cancer in perioperative period protecting anus low by laparoscopic. Methods 50 cases of patients with rectal cancer from January 2013 - June 2013 acceptted nursing observation and analysis in Perioperative Period Protecting Anus low by Laparoscopic. Results After nursing, the score of SDS was（25.21±3.32）, SAS was（19.45±2.23）, VAS was（2.96±0.58）, the scores were lower than the scores before nursing（P〈0.05） Conclusion Effective nursing care on patients with rectal cancer in perioperative period protecting anus low by laparoscopic, can relieve the pain for the patient, is the effective nursing method.
