重症监护室院内感染及护理探析

目的进一步探究重症监护室院内感染因素与临床护理对策。方法收集了2013年1月-2013年12月我院重症监护室收治的100例患者临床资料进行详细研究,严格按照《医院感染诊断标准》,通过回顾性分析方式,详细统计患者发生院内感染的基本情况、具体感染部位以及潜在高危因素。结果 100例患者,23例发生院内感染,院内感染发生几率为23.0%。其中,10例呼吸道感染,约占,43.5%;5例胃肠道感染,约占21.7%;5例切口感染,约占21.7%;2例泌尿道感染,约占8.7%;1例其他,约占4.3%。结论针对重症监护室院内感染高染因素,针对性加强临床护理,对于降低重症监护室院内感染几率有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the cause of nosocomial infection and care measures further. Methods Clinical treatment data of 100 patients who were received and treated in ICU was selected from January 2013 to December 2013, and then review and analyze patients＇ treatment data in order to compile statistics about patients＇ illness condition, infectious place and potentially risky factors. Results In all 100 patients, there was 23 cases of nosocomial infection with 23% probability, and for these 23 cases, including 10 cases of respiratory infection（43.5%）, 5 cases of gastrointestinal infection（21.7%）,5 cases of wound infection（21.7%） and 2 cases of urinary tract infection（8.7%）, and the other one case was categorized into other catalogue（4.3%）. Conclusion To the susceptible feature of nosocomial infection in ICU, it is suggested to strengthen clinical care, which is conducive to reduce nosocomial infection incidence in ICU.
