Causes and Countermeasures to Nursing Adverse Events in Operation Room

目的分析手术室护理不良事件发生原因及应对措施。方法回顾性分析50例手术室护理不良事件的发生原因和应对措施,比较采取预防性应对措施前后不良事件的发生情况。结果采取预防性应对措施后各不良事件的发生例数明显较少,采取措施前后的差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论手术室护理不良事件的发生原因主要有不熟悉器械操作、缺乏责任感和安全意识、医疗器械发生故障等,加强培训、加强器械维护、加强护患沟通、加强护理人员管理等预防性措施可降低其发生率。

Objective Analyzing the causes and countermeasures to nursing adverse events in operation room. Methods 50 cases of causes and countermeasures to nursing adverse events in operation room were analysised retrospectively, and compared the occurrence of adverse events to take preventive measures before and after. Results The occurrence of adverse events were significantly less after preventive measures, the difference was statistically significant taking measures before and after（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The reasons of adverse events in operation room had unfamiliarity with instrument operation, lack of responsibility sense and safety awareness, medical equipment failure and so on, to strengthening training, strengthening equipment maintenance, strengthening communication, strengthen the management of nursing staff and so on, such as preventive force can reduce the incidence.
