Analysis of Daily Results Comparison Between Sysmex Type XT-4000i and Type 800i Blood Cell Analyzer

目的通过对实验室内两台Sysmex血细胞分析仪XT-4000i型与800i型进行日常比对,探讨两台血液分析仪检测结果的一致性和可比性。方法取当天已在Sysmex XT-4000i型血细胞分析仪检测的WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT的高值、中值、低值三个标本,分别在sysmex XT-4000i型血细胞分析仪和800i型血细胞分析仪再进行手动模式捡测。调取两台设备近30天室内质控高、低两水平质控物相关数据,分析两台血液分析仪的批内精密度及天间精密度,分析日常比对结果的线性回归,观察两台设备检测结果的一致性和可比性。结果 Sysmex XT-4000i型与800i型血细胞仪分析仪日常检测结果有良好的线性关系。结论加强血细胞分析仪Sysmex XT-4000i型与800i型的比对分析,可保证日常检测结果的可比性,从而提升科室血常规检测的检测质量。

Objective To explore the consistency and comparability of the results between the two Sysmex blood cell analyzer of XT-4000 i type and 800 i type hematology analyzer. Methods Three specimens, detected in the Sysmex XT-4000 i blood cell analyzer to WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT of high value, median and low value, were selected respectively to examine in the Sysmex XT-4000 i blood cell analyzer and 800 i blood cell analyzer using manual mode. The internal quality control related data of two equipments nearly 30 days at high, low level, were selected to analyze within-batch precision and inter-day precision of two equipments and analyze the linear regression and daily comparison results, explore the consistency and comparability of the results. Results There was a good linear relationship between the results of Sysmex type XT-4000 i and type 800 i blood cell analyzer. Conclusion Strengthen the comparative analysis of Sysmex XT-4000 i and 800 i blood cell analyzer, can ensure the comparability of the test outcome, so as to enhance the quality in blood routine test.
