浅谈弥漫型桥本氏甲状腺炎合并结节的良恶性超声诊断的临床意义

Analysis the Clinical Significance of the Ultrasonic Diagnosis of the Benign or the Malignant About the Nodules With Diffuse Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

目的探讨弥漫型桥本氏甲状腺炎合并结节超声诊断意义。方法选取我院收治的弥漫型桥本甲状腺合并结节患者47例,将超声诊断与病理结果对比。结果 20例为乳头状癌,5例为滤泡性癌,1例为恶性淋巴癌,16例为结节性甲状腺肿,3例为腺癌,2例为炎性结节,超声诊断敏感度为84.3%,特异度为75.8%,准确性为81.5%。结论超声诊断弥漫型桥本氏甲状腺炎合并结节的良恶性价值高。

Objective To explore the significance of the ultrasound diagnostic significance of the nodules with diffuse hashimoto＇s thyroiditis. Methods Selected 47 cases of patients suffered diffuse hashimoto＇s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules in our hospital, and contrasted ultrasound diagnoses with pathologic results. Results 20 cases were papillary carcinoma, 5 cases were follicular carcinoma, 1 case were malignant lymphoma, 16 cases were nodular goiter, 3 cases were adenocarcinoma, 2 cases were inflammatory nodules, and the degrees of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were respectively 84.3%, 75.8%, 81.5% with ultrasonic diagnoses. Conclusion Ultrasound is extremely valuable to diagnosis of the Benign or the Malignant about the Nodules with diffuse hashimoto＇s thyroiditis.
