彩超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Gynecology in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen

目的探究彩超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2012年4月-2014年10月期间收治的85例妇科急腹症患者,所有患者均采用彩超进行检查,并记录彩超结果,与实际情况进行对比。结果在85例患者中,异位妊娠患者为62例,彩超诊断为57例,准确率为91.94%;卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者为15例,彩超诊断为12例,准确率为80%;黄体破裂患者为8例,彩超诊断为8例,准确率为100%。结论在临床诊断中应用彩超对妇产急腹症进行诊断,具有较高的准确率。

Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods A total of 85 cases of obstetric patients with acute abdomen admitted from 2012 April to 2014 October in our hospital, and record the color Doppler results were compared with the actual situation. Results A total of 85 patients admitted, 62 patients were ectopic pregnancy, 57 cases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, and the accuracy rate was 91.94 %; 15 cases were torsion of ovarian tumor patients, 12 cases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, and the accuracy rate was 80%. 8 cases were corpus luteum rupture, all of the cases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, and the accuracy rate was 100%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound used in gynecologic acute abdomen in clinical had higher accuracy.
