糖尿病并发症的社区护理与管理

Community Care and Management of the Complications of Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究糖尿病并发症的社区护理及管理方式。方法随机选取我院管辖社区中的30例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,定期对这30例社区糖尿病患者进行健康检查,建立社区糖尿病患者个人健康档案,根据患者的具体病情和个性特征实施有针对性的社区护理干预,并定期对患者进行健康教育。结果 30例糖尿病患者对糖尿病及其并发症的相关知识的掌握程度有了明显的提高,患者自我控制和管理的能力不断增强,并且能够以积极的心态配合医护人员的治疗和护理。结论对糖尿病患者实施社区护理或管理可以有效地预防和控制糖尿病并发症,改善糖尿病患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of community nursing care and management for complications of diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 30 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital as the research object, conducted regular health examination on the 30 cases of patients and established health records for them, conducted community nursing intervention on them according to the specific condition and characteristics, and gave them regular health education. Results The level of diabetes related knowledge in 30 cases of patients had been improved obviously, the patients＇ ability of self control and management had been enhanced, and they can take a positive attitude towards the treatment and care provided by the medical staff. Conclusion The implementation of community nursing and management for patients with diabetes can effectively prevent and control the complications of diabetes and improve the quality of life of patients.
