摘要
目的针对青年难治性部分性癫痫应用左乙拉西坦添加治疗的疗效进行分析。方法随机选择2013年5月-2014年5月期间,我院收治的青年难治性部分性癫痫患者120例,作为本次研究的对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实施吡拉西坦治疗,观察组患者实施左乙拉西坦添加治疗。针对两组患者的临床治疗效果、认知功能进行比较。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为88.33%,对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为60.00%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组与对照组患者治疗后的认识能力与治疗前比较,有显著差异,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组与对照组患者治疗后的认知功能有显著差异,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在青年难治性部分性癫痫治疗中,左乙拉西坦添加治疗可以提高患者的临床治疗有效率,改善患者的认知功能,有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To analysis the therapy efficacy of levetiracetam on youth refractory partial epilepsy. Methods 120 young patients with refractory partial epilepsy from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected into 2 groups, the treatment group with levetiracetam and control group with piracetam. The effect and cognitive function were compared after clinical treatment. Results The therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（88.33% vs 60.00%（P〈0.05）.In comparison to the time before treatment, the cognitive ability of the observation group and control group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,the cognitive function of the observation group and control group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levetiracetam can improve the clinical treatment efficient of patients with youth refractory partial epilepsy, improve the cognitive ability of patients, have good treatment effect, can be applied in clinical treatment.
