住院患者使用中药注射剂的合理性评价方法研究

The Research of Rationality Evaluation Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in Hospitalized Patients

目的探讨住院患者中药注射剂使用的合理性。方法调取我院2014年1-3月份病区使用中药注射剂的相关数据,通过对中药注射的用法用量、各病区使用强度、使用率等情况进行统计、分析。结果超剂量、超频次使用中药注射剂的现象仍有发生,其中注射用丹参超剂量频次较高,血必净的给药频次问题出现最多;全院中药注射剂总使用强度为56.95,其中肿瘤科的中药注射剂使用强度最高;全院中药注射剂的使用率为56.98%,其中ICU的使用率最高。结论用中药注射剂的用法用量、各病区使用强度、使用率评价住院患者使用中药注射剂的合理性,方法可行、可控。

Objective To rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections using hospitalized patients. Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyze the data of TCM injections from January to march in 2014,from which we collected the indexes such as dosage, use intensity, use efficiency. Results The appearances of super dose and overfrequency were still occur. The super dose using of Danshen injections was the most.The overfrequency of usage of Xuebijing injection was serious.The use intensity of Chinese medicine injections is 56.95 in the hospital, oncology department was the largest.The usage rate of Chinese medicine injections is 56.98% in the hospital, ICU had the highest usage rates. Conclusion Using dosage, use intensity to evaluate the rationality of the use of Chinese medicine injections in hospital patients is feasible and controlled.
