参附强心颗粒治疗心衰的效果观察

Study on Medication Effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Particle in Treatment of Heart Failure

目的对参附强心颗粒治疗心衰的临床效果进行观察探究。方法选取于2012年11月-2014年9月在我院心内科门诊进行治疗的42例心衰患者,随机分为两组,对采用西医标准化治疗和采用参附强心颗粒治疗的临床效果进行对照研究。结果经治疗后,治疗组患者在左心收缩功能、生活质量以及治疗总有效率等方面与对照组有差异性显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参附强心颗粒治疗心衰有显著的临床效果,能很好地改善患者的左心收缩功能,并且能提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of shenfu qiangxin powder on treating of heart failure. Methods Chose 42 heart failure patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2012 to September 2014 and separated them into two groups. The group was given western standardized treatment and other group was given shenfu qiangxin powder. Compared clinical treatment efficacy between two groups. Results There was a significant difference between two groups of the left ventricular systolic function, quality of life and the total efficiency of treatment, and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu qiangxin powder is a efficiency treatment of heart failure, it can improve the left ventricular systolic function, and greatly improve the quality of life of patients.
