强心合剂治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果观察

Effect Observation of Qiangxin Admixture on Treating of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究慢性心力衰竭患者采用强心合剂的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年8月-2014年9月收治的36例心力衰竭患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组19例选择强心合剂的治疗,对照组17例患者选择常规的西药治疗,对比其心脏的恢复情况。结果实验组患者治疗的总有效率为94.74%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为76.47%;两组患者的治疗效果差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性心力衰竭患者选择强心合剂的治疗,可使心力衰竭等症状得到缓解,提高运动耐量,促使心功能的改善,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of qiangxin admixture on treating of chronic heart failure. Methods Choose 36 chronic heart failure patients who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to September 2014 and randomly separated them into two groups, 19 patients in study group were given qiangxin admixture, other 17 patients in control group were given conventional western medicine, and then compared recovery condition of patients＇ cardiac function between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy of study group was 94.74% and control group was 76.47%; there was a significant difference between two groups, and such a difference have statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qiangxin admixture medication is a efficiency treatment of chronic heart failure, it is conducive to relieving cardiac failure symptom and increasing patients＇ exercise tolerance and promoting cardiac function improvements; thus, such an effective treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
