芬太尼透皮贴剂联合补肾化瘀汤治疗癌性骨痛的疗效观察

Observation of The Curative Effect of Fentany Transdermal System Joint Bushen Huayu Decoction in The Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的观察芬太尼透皮贴剂联合补肾化瘀汤对癌性骨痛的疗效。方法 80例癌性骨痛患者随机分为两组,综合组40例采用芬太尼透皮贴剂与补肾化瘀汤治疗,对照组40例采用芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗。结果两组有效率及不良反应发生率差异显著。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂联合补肾化瘀汤治疗癌性骨痛可以提高疗效和减轻不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of the fentany transdermal system joint Bushen Huayu decoction on the treatment of cancer pain. Methods Randomly selected 80 cases with cancer pain in our hospital as the research object, divided randomly into two groups, the comprehensive group of 40 patients were treated by fentany transdermal system and Bushen Huayu decoction, the control group of 40 patients were treated by fentany transdermal system. Results the efficiency and the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly statistical difference between the two group. Conclusion Fentany transdermal system joint Bushen Huayu decoction can improve the efficacy and reduce the adverse reaction in the treatment of cancer pain.
