摘要
在全要素生产率的视角下,运用DEA模型对2008-2012年我国31个省的信息产业效率进行测算。在此基础上,通过空间自相关分析,刻画我国信息产业效率动态演进的时空特征。结果显示:信息产业效率在空间分布上具有空间依赖性,并且近邻效应显著。随着时间推移,我国信息产业效率扩散效应在逐步增强,而极化效应这逐步减弱。研究认为,应组建信息产业联盟,构建信息共享平台,强化区域合作,推动我国信息产业效率的全面提升。
In the perspective of total factor productivity, this paper estimates the information industry effi- ciency of 31 provinces in China during 2008 and 2012 based on DEA model. On this basics, through the spatial autocorrelation analysis, this paper describes spatial and temporal characteristics of the dynamic evolution of China's information industry efficiency. The results shows that the information industry effi- ciency has spatial dependence in the spatial distribution and remarkable proximity effect. Over time, the efficiency diffusion effect of information industry increases gradually, while polarization effects weakens gradually. Study suggests that we should build information industry alliances, construct information shar- ing platform, strengthen regional cooperation and promote the efficiency of China's information industry.
