With the progress and development of the social network technology, network public opinion communication has an increasing influence on both the mirror image of the society and the real society. Nevertheless, the supervision measures and control mechanism of restricting the network public opinion communication have not been perfect yet. Therefore, the control mechanism of network public opinion communication is necessary to be studied.
