摘要
本文用SWOT态势分析方法,对研究型图书馆开展学科服务的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析,提出四种策略:合作发展策略、内涵提升策略、差异化策略、组织优化策略。研究型图书馆应该根据自身情况进行策略或策略组合选择,并构建合理的学科馆员能力云体系,打造核心能力,是学科服务的可持续发展的根本保障。
On the basis of SWOT analysis, this paper researcnes the situation of research libraries subject service, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, as well as challenges. And proposes four strategies： cooperation developing strategy, content upgrade strategy, differentiation strategy, organizational optimization strategy. Research libraries should choose proper strategy according to their own circumstances; construct a reasonable subject librarian ability cloud system, build core competence. These are all fundamental guarantee for subject service sustainable development.
