摘要
本文以德温特手工代码为专利分析对象,以"风能"为行业代表,从海量复杂的德温特专利手工代码中,提取、挖掘具有重要技术竞争价值的专利情报,相继得出了"风能"产业的主导企业名称及主导企业各自的专利申请情况、主导企业之间专利申请的交叉对比情况,从而为"风能"企业决策层了解掌握主要及潜在竞争者在相同产业、相似领域、相似产品的研发情况,提供必要的情报支持,辅助企业制定技术发展战略、调整技术发展路线、完善技术发展布局,争取在激烈的市场竞争环境下帮助企业保持较高的技术竞争优势。
Taking Derwent Manual Codes as patent research object, regarding ＂wind energy＂ as industry representative, this paper tries to extract and mine the critical patent intelligence which contains the value of technique competence from the huge and mixed Derwent patents. This paper finds out the main enter- prises and their respective patent application situation, and also reveals the cross comparison between the leading enterprises. By above-mentioned research, this paper offers the necessary intelligence supports to business decision-making level, such critical intelligence supports could help them drawing up enterprise technical develop plans, adjusting technical develop direction and improving the overall arrangement of technical develop in order to keep company competitive advantage during the intense market competition environment.
