泛福舒联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患儿免疫功能的临床研究

Clinical study on effect of broncho-vaxom combined with budesonide atomization inhalation on immune function of children with bronchial asthma

目的评价泛福舒联合布地奈德气雾剂对支气管哮喘患儿的免疫功能及临床疗效的影响。方法 121例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为试验组(n=67)和对照组(n=54)。对照组给予布地奈德雾化治疗每次1 mg,每天2次,试验组在对照组的基础上加用泛福舒胶囊,每次7 mg,每天1次,7 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。比较2组患者血清细胞因子水平、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比例、外周血炎症指标及临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组患者血清白介素-12(IL-12)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平显著升高,IL-5、IL-4水平显著降低(P<0.05);外周血嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白和嗜酸性粒细胞水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著升高,CD8+显著降低(P<0.05)。对照组和试验组治疗总有效率分别为72.2%,91.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泛福舒联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿支气管哮喘,可显著改善患儿免疫功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of broncho- vaxom combined with budesonide atomization inhalation on immune function of children with bronchial asthma. Methods One hundred and twenty-one children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group（ n = 54） and treatment group（ n = 67）. Patients in control group were treated with budesonide atomization inhalation 1 mg,bid; treatment group was treated with broncho- vaxom 7 mg,qd,on the basis of control group. Seven days was a course of treatment,and the treatment period lasted for 3 courses. The data of serum cytokines levels,T lymphocyte subset percentage,peripheral inflammation index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the level of serum inter leukin（ IL）- 12 and inter feron（ IFN）- γin treatment group were significantly increased,and the level of IL- 5 and IL- 4 were significantly reduced（ P〈 0. 05）. The levels of eosinophil cationic protein and eosinophil in treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The data of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋of treatment group were significantly increased,and CD8＋were significantly reduced（ P〈 0. 05）. The clinical efficacy was91. 0% in treatment group and 72. 2% in control group（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Broncho- vaxom combined with budesonide atomizationinhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can improve immune function and enhance curative effect.
