物资采购管理是工程项目管理的重要组成部分,本文以塔里木油田克拉苏气田克深天然气处理厂建设的物资采购管理为例,简述了E+PC承包模式下业主对项目物资采购的一些管理思路和方法,对石油石化行业工程业主方对项目物资采购管理有一定的参考意义。
The Managementof Procurement is an important part of project management. This paper take the construction of KeLaSu Gas Field KeShen CPF (Center Processing Factory) for example, describing owner' s some management ideas and methods of purchasing management under the E+PC contracting Mode, giving some reference significance about Purchasing management for owner in the construction of petrochemical industry project.
