摘要
基础教育改革的基本精神体现在以变求常、以静制动、以众敌寡,以纲统目、以人使物、以适求安;而其路径则表现为明了教学之性、待生之道、从业之责,在此基础上确保改革施行中教材编制之基础性与要素性、教师主导之能力性与责任性、改革本身之渐进性与调适性。
The basic spirit of elementary education reform is reflected in the following characteristics: we should make some progressive changes in a static way in a well understood and agreed atmosphere; we should recognize that there is something which cannot changed; a reform cannot be changed so dramatically that it cannot be accepted by the common people; we should make the practitioner be controlled by the idealism, and the material reform steps. Its ways are as bellows: we should get a good comprehension about the essence of teaching; how to deal with the relationship between students and teachers; how to exert the teachers responsibilities and functions. With all of these recognition, we should guarantee that the textbooks are proposed in an essential and fundamental form, the teachers are capable and responsible, and the reform itself is adaptive and gradually.
