摘要 随着教学改革的纵深发展,观念冲突成为学校教学文化建设中最为显著的特征。主要存在两种表现形式:一是观念之间的冲突,二是观念与制度的冲突。引起教学文化建设中观念冲突的原因是错综复杂的,很多一般性的问题是事物在发展过程中不可避免的;而有些针对性的问题则可以从制度的角度予以反思,加强教学制度对教学观念的规范和引导,以发挥制度在教学文化建设中的保障作用。 With the comprehensive development of teaching reform, some versions about the construction of teaching culture are put forward and some achievements have been made. However, there are still some troubles hindering the promotion of teaching reform, in which the concept conflicts can be the most remarkable feature. Concept conflicts are represented by two forms, one is between the concepts; the other is between concept and system. The causes of concept conflicts in the construction of teaching culture are complicated, and some common problems are inevitable in the process of development. Some specific questions should be reflected in the perspective of system to strengthen the role of teaching system in the aspect of standardizing and guiding the teaching concept, and to guarantee the role of system in the construction of teaching culture.
