Summary and Outlook of China Industrial Broiler Industry in 2014

2014年白羽肉鸡仍然没有走出困境。一方面是H7N9、速生鸡等事件的负面影响导致消费持续低迷;另一方面是产业本身仍然没有回归理性,产能过剩还没有根本扭转,尚未形成抵御市场风险的综合能力。另外,从业者的经营理念需要调整。中国白羽肉鸡联盟成立后分别对2014年和2015年的祖代鸡引种实施了总量减少的控制措施,这将有效缓解产能过剩的问题,预计在2015年下半年后,产业将逐步走出困境,走上理性发展轨道。

After suffering from cases of human infected H7N9 flu and ＂fast growing bird＂,China industrial broiler industry did not get rid of the difficult situation. It is because of the negative influence still being there,and caused broiler meat consumption kept stagnant. On the other hand,the broiler enterprises kept expanding without rational plan to make oversupply situation of broiler meat. The industry was still in growing period and lack of enough capability of risk management. So,it is urgently to change management strategy. Since CBA founded,it guided reducing importation of GPS to prompt to solve oversupply situation and make rebalance of whole broiler production chain. It is expected that the industry will gradually get rid of dilemma and step on the right way in rational manner. It is believed that the future of broiler industry will be brilliant.
