《伤寒论》中寒热与八纲辨证中寒热的区别

The Difference on the Concept of Cold and Heat between the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease(伤寒论) and Pattern Differentiation of Eight Principles

现代普遍认为,《伤寒杂病论》开创了辨证论治的先河,八纲辨证是中医辨证方法的总纲,故而认为,《伤寒论》通篇体现八纲辨证,也因此将《伤寒论》中的寒热等同于"八纲"中的寒热,这种观点无疑掩盖了中医学概念演变的客观规律。受不同时期历史背景的影响,概念也会逐渐演变。分别阐释八纲辨证及《伤寒论》中寒热的含义,区别二者寒热的含义,有利于进一步厘清寒热概念在历史过程中的演变规律,对于中医学其他概念的研究也有指导作用,同时对于中医学术史研究亦有重要意义。

It is commonly believed at present that the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease（ 伤寒论） initiated the treatment based on pattern differentiation,and pattern differentiation of eight principles are the general principle.Therefore it is believed that pattern differentiation based of eight principles is reflected throughout the book,thus the concept of cold and heat in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease（ 伤寒论） is taken the same as that in the ＂eight principles＂. The viewpoint no doubt covers the objective law of the concept evolution in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. Influenced by different historical backgrounds in different historical periods,the concept evolutes gradually.This paper gives an interpretation to the connotation of cold and heat in the pattern differentiation of eight principles and in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease（ 伤寒论）. Differentiating the meanings of cold and heat helps to clarify the evolution of the concept of cold and heat in historical process,and is of guiding function on other concepts in TCM,at the same time it is of great significance on the study of TCM academic history.
