《黄帝内经》中的“得气”与“气至”

"得气"与"气至"是《黄帝内经》中关于针刺起效环节的论述,"得气"强调守正气,与"针感"不同;"气至"要根据针刺前后的脉象变化来判断,是针刺有效的关键所在。针刺治疗中的各种手法,正是在"得气"基础上的"调气",从而达到"气至"之效。医患双方的"治神"和"守神",是发挥针刺治疗作用的关键。

＂Obtaining qi＂ and ＂qi arrival＂ are discussed in Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon（ 黄帝内经） to clarify the effect of acupuncture. ＂Obtaining qi＂emphasizes guarding health qi,which is different from ＂needling sensation＂; ＂qi arrival＂ is judged by the pulse manifestation changes before and after needling,which is the key of effective needling. All kinds of techniques in needling are just ＂adjusting qi＂based on ＂obtaining qi＂,thus achieves the effect of ＂qi arrival＂. ＂Governing spirit＂and ＂guarding spirit＂ between doctors and patients are the key in achieving the therapeutic effect of acupuncture.
