复律宁颗粒治疗室性早搏30例随机双盲对照研究

Treatment of 30 Cases of Premature Ventricular Beats with Fulvning Granule: a Randomize-Controlled Double-Blind Clinical Trial

目的观察复律宁颗粒治疗室性早搏患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法将60例室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予口服复律宁颗粒每次10 g,每日两次;心律平安慰剂每次150 mg,每日3次。对照组给予口服复律宁颗粒安慰剂每次10 g,每日两次;心律平片每次15 g,每日3次,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者室性早搏疗效、中医证候疗效及安全性。结果室性早搏疗效比较:治疗组与对照组总有效率均为36.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为53.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论复律宁颗粒治疗室性早搏与心律平疗效相当。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fulvning Granule on premature ventricular beats. Methods Totally 60 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by Fulvning Granule 10 g each time,twice a day,and Propafenone placebo 150 mg each time,three times a day; the control group was given Fulvning Granule placebo 10 g each time,twice a day,and Propafenone 15 g each time,three times a day with a course of 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect on premature beat and Chinese medicine syndrome and the safety were observed. Result The total effective rate of premature beats in both treatment group and control group was 36. 67%,showing no statistical significance（ P〉 0. 05）. The total effective rate of Chinese medicine sydnrome of the treatment group was 86. 67%,and that of the control group was53. 33%,the efficacy of the treatment group superior to that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no adverse reactions during the research. Conclusion Fulvning Granule has therapeutic equivalence to Propafenone on treating premature ventricular beats.
