平衡针结合斜扳法治疗急性腰扭伤临床观察

目的:观察平衡针结合斜扳法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果。方法:89例以随机数字表法分为试验组47例与对照组42例,对照组单用斜扳法治疗,试验组用平衡针结合斜扳法治疗。结果:试验组治愈29例,好转16例,无效2例,总有效率95.74%;对照组治愈17例,好转15例,无效10例,总有效率76.19%。试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针结合斜扳法治疗急性腰扭伤有良好的临床疗效。

Objective ： To analysis the clinical effect of balance acupuncture combined with oblique traction on acute lumbar sprain. Method ： 89 cases were divided into 2 groups in the form of random number table,47 cases in the experimental group and 42 cases in the control group. The control group were treated with only inclined traction while the experimental group were treated with balance acupuncture combined with inclined traction. Result： the results showed that 29 cases were cured, 16 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.74% in the experimental group while 17 cases were cured, 15 cases improved, 10 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 76.19% in the control group. The curative effect of experimental group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . There was no statistically significant difference in pain integral between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05） while there was statistically significant difference after treatment （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Balance acupuncture combined with oblique traction has good clinical therapeutic effect in treating acute lumbar sprain.
