针推结合“三步法”治疗肩周炎48例观察

目的:观察针推结合"三步法"与常规推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效差异。方法:96例随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,对照组用推拿治疗,治疗组用针推结合"三步法"治疗,治疗2个疗程(20天)后比较疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组67%、对照组46%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针推结合"三步法"治疗肩周炎临床疗效确切,较推拿疗法止痛效果更好。

Objective： To observe the difference of therapeutic effect between acupuncture and massage combined with three-step method and conventional massage treatment in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method： 96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 48 cases in the study group and 48 cases in the control group. The control group were treated with massage while the study group were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with three-step method. After 2 courses of treatment （ 20 days ） , the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Result ： The curative rate of the study group was 67% while that of the control group was 46%.There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Acupuncture and massage combined with three-step method has definite clinical therapeutic effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis. The analgesic effect of it is better than that of the massage therapy.
