摘要
采用呼吸图谱技术,对以处理市政污水和垃圾渗滤液为代表的不同活性污泥内源呼吸过程中的典型特征进行了解析。结果表明,对于清洗后的污泥,自养菌与异养菌进入内源呼吸期是否同步与污泥类型有关。根据内源呼吸比例的变化特征,内源呼吸过程可分为三个区域:低平稳区、高效代谢区和高平稳区。结合对西安市6家污水处理厂的统计分析,一般运行良好的污水处理厂普遍处于高效代谢区,其对应的内源呼吸比例为8%~16%。该研究深化了对内源呼吸特征的认识,其成果可用于污水处理厂的运行管理。
The typical features of endogenous respiration process of two types of activated sludge, one treating landfill leachate and the other treating municipal wastewater, were investigated by using respiration map. The results showed that for the sludge that was cleaned, whether autotrophic and hetero- trophic bacteria could reach the endogenous status simultaneously depended on the types of sludge. According to the variation of endogenous respiration ratio, three stages could be identified as low endogenous respiration, high active respiration and high endogenous respiration. Combined with the statistical analysis of six wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in Xi' an, it was suggested that the endogenous respiration process in well-operated WWTPs could be classified as high active respiration stages with the endogenous respiration ratio in the range of 8% to 16%. The findings in this study would help the understanding of endogenous respiration and could help the operation management of WWTPs.
