基于区域灵敏度分析的水泵曲线校核方法及应用

摘要 随着用水规模的扩大,大多数水厂需要多台水泵并联工作。为了节约成本,水厂通常只在各水泵并联后的出口进行流量及压力数据的测量,给单台水泵扬程—流量曲线的校核带来不便。针对该现实问题,提出了一种参数反推方法,即利用大量不同水泵开关组合条件下总流量、压力的历史数据,在参数取值区间内,采用区域灵敏度分析方法反推每台泵的曲线参数。结果表明,该方法可迅速有效地得到每台水泵的曲线参数,且结果有较高的精确度。 With the increase of water consumption in water distribution systems, most water treatment plants need multiple pumps operating in parallel. To reduce the total cost of the water treatment plants, in most cases, the pressure and flow records at the outlet of the parallel pumps are the only two kinds of measured data, instead of separate records of each pump. In parallel pump systems, it is not easy to calculate and calibrate the curve parameters of each pump. To solve this problem, a parameter derivation method was presented. On the basis of historical pressure and flow data at the outlet of the parallel pumps under various operation statuses, the curve parameters of each pump was derived by the regional sensitivity analysis within the ranges of the parameters. The application results suggested that the method was efficient and accurate in pump curve calibration.
