学院治理现代化:以清华大学经济管理学院为例

School Governance Reform:The Case of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management

本文以清华大学经济管理学院推进学院治理现代化为例,论述和描述大学中的学院治理现代化的理念与实践。学院内部治理中的关键是落实"教师治学",体现在维护学术自由和制定学术标准两方面。学院内部治理中的支撑是"行政管理职业化"。在学院外部治理中,除了接受学校领导之外,还要积极发挥"利益相关者"的作用。推进学院治理现代化在于理念与实践的有机结合。

This article discusses the ideas of school governance reform with a case of the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University.The key to the internal governance reform is the implementation of＂faculty governing academics,＂where academics includes protection of academic freedom and establishment of academic standards.The internal governance should also be supported by professionalism in school administration.In external governance,school＇s outside ＂stakeholders＂should be better involved in achieving the school＇s mission.Success in the school governance reform depends on both good ideas and proper execution.
