应用技术大学图书馆的建设模式研究与实践——以黑龙江东方学院新馆建设为例

Study and Practice of the Library Development Strategies in University of Applied Sciences——Taking the New Library of The East University of Heilongjiang Construction as an Example

应用技术大学在欧盟抵御全球金融危机中发挥了积极作用,黑龙江东方学院作为全国首批获得研究生学位授予单位的民办大学,正在向应用技术大学方向发展,并已经成为教育部应用技术大学试点单位。作为应用技术大学新型图书馆又是未来图书馆的发展方向,如何将图书馆的建设同应用技术大学的特点结合起来,打造具有特色的新型图书馆,该文从不同方面给出自己的构想。

University of applied sciences played a positive role in against the global financial crisis. As one of earliest schools that offer master＇s degree, the East University of Heilongjiang is striving to be a u- niversity of applied sciences and has already become the test base as university of applied sciences. This paper give some suggestions on building a smart library in alignment with construction of university of applied sciences.
