摘要
如何建设一支"双师型"职教师资队伍?目前,我国已经形成了"技术师范大学培养、国家级职教师资基地培训和教师企业实践"的职教教师教育模式。但是,职教教师"双师型"内涵依旧更多停留于文字表述上,"双师型"内涵建设面临实践性困境。鉴于此,应按照《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育决定》精神,借鉴国际发达职业教育国家教师培养的经验,建设我国职教教师队伍。一方面,在认识上应正确理解"双师型"内涵,从政策、理论、实践和国际视野中科学思考"双师型"内涵和实质;另一方面,在实践中应借鉴发达职业教育国家的经验,创新理念和思路,以"双资格证书"、"双结构组合"和"双基地+双导师+双证书"等模式推进我国职教师资队伍建设。
How to build a "Double Qualified" vocational teachers? The current vocational teacher education system is comprised of technology normal university cultivating, national level vocational education teacher training bases training, and enterprise practicing. However, the connotation of the "Double Qualified Teachers" still stay more on the words, "Double Qualified Teachers" team construction faced with many practical difficulties. Therefore, we should according to the spirit of Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education Decision by the State Council, learn the experience of the advanced vocational education countries and improve our vocational teacher education system. On the one hand, we should fully understand the connotation and essence of the "Double Qualified Teachers" from the perspective of policy, theory, practice and international vision; On the other hand, we should innovate the idea and thoughts, combining "Double Certificate", "Dual Structure" and "Double Base plus Double Tutors plus Double Certificates" after learning the experience of the advanced country to promote Chinese vocational education teachers construction.
