替米沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Telmisartan Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨替米沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取2012年12月—2014年1月收治的60例早期糖尿病肾病患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。两组均给予常规降糖治疗,对照组在此基础上给予替米沙坦治疗,研究组则在对照组的基础上给予前列地尔进行治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后24 h尿微量白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐及空腹血糖水平的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后24 h尿微量白蛋白水平均有所下降,研究组的下降程度明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果显著,能有效降低患者的24 h尿微量白蛋白水平,控制患者肾功能损伤,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases with early diabetic nephropathy admitted in December 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group with 30 cases in each. Based on the conventional hypoglycemic therapy,the control group were given telmisartan for treatment, and the study group were given alprostadil combined with telmisartan. The 24 h microalbuminuria, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and fast glucose levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the level of 24 h microalbuminuria of both groups decreased, but the decline of the study group was much greater than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Telmisartan combined with alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has obvious effect, which can effectively reduce the level of 24 h microalbuminuria and control the renal damage in the patients, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
