摘要
目的探讨个体化营养治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的临床效果。方法选取60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规饮食指导,观察组则实施个体化营养治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后血糖水平的变化情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组患者在血糖指标降低及妊娠结局上较对照组均存在显著优势,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施个体化营养治疗效果显著,能有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized nutrition therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 60 cases with GDM were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional dietary guidance, while the observation group were given the individualized nutrition therapy. And the blood glucose before and after treatment and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the blood glucose indexes of the observation group were obviously lower and the pregnancy outcome was much better, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with GDM, individualized nutritional therapy has significant effect, which can effectively control the blood sugar level and improve the pregnancy outcome, so it is worth clinical popularization and application.
