胰岛素泵联合速效胰岛素类似物治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒临床疗效分析

Insulin pump joint short-acting insulin analogues in the treatment of diabet-ic ketoacidosis clinical curative effect analysis

目的分析速效胰岛素类似物联合胰岛素泵对酮症酸中毒(DKA)的临床疗效情况。方法 2011年2月—2013年2月选择该院64例DKA患者行分组研究,按随机数字表将其分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组静脉输注诺和灵R,观察组应用诺和锐联合胰岛素泵;对比两组临床疗效情况。结果治疗后,观察组FBG及2h BG明显低于对照组,CO2CP明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组相比,观察组尿酮体阴转时间更早,胰岛素用量更少,低血糖发生次数更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用速效胰岛素类似物联合胰岛素泵治疗DKA具有胰岛素用量少、起效快、不良反应少、临床疗效好等优点。

Objective Analysis using insulin pump joint short-acting insulin analogue clinical curative effect for the treatment of DKA. Methods choose 64 cases of DKA patients as the research object, its randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each group. Control group patients use Novolin R. Observation group of patients using insulin pump joint aspart.Comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients. Results After treatment, FBG and 2 HBG of observation group were obviously lower than the control group, CO2 CP significantly was higher than control group（P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. Compared with control group patients, the observation group of patients of urine ketone body Yin turn time is earlier, dosage of insulin is less, the frequency of hypoglycaemia is less（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of short-acting insulin analogue with insulin pump therapy DKA has the advantages of low dosage of insulin, quick effect, less side effects, as well as good clinical efficacy.
