高龄糖尿病病人发生髋部骨折围术期护理干预70例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Hip Fractures in the Perioperative Nursing Intervention of 70 Cases of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨高龄糖尿病病人发生髋部骨折围术期护理干预的措施与效果。方法对2010年1月—2014年5月该科收治的70例高龄糖尿病病人发生髋部骨折者随机分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组的病人仅仅进行常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理的基础上再施以围手术期护理干预。通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)对2组病人护理前后的焦虑状态进行评定。在手术以后3个月按照Harris评分表对髋关节功能进行评定。结果两组患者护理以后,观察组SAS下降幅度较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术后3个月Harris评分升高幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预能够缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善患者就医体验,促使高龄糖尿病并发髋部骨折围术期病人尽快康复。

Objective To explore the effects of results of implementation methods in the elderly diabetic patients with hip fracture patients. Methods For the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus have been hip fracture were randomly grouping, 70 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group were only treated with routine care,the observation group patients on the basis of conventional nursing combined with perioperative nursing intervention. By self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） assessment of the anxiety state of 2 groups of patients before and after care. After surgery 3 months according to Harris score were evaluated on the hip joint function. Results Two groups of patients after the treatment, the observation group SAS decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant; group 3 months after operation Harris score increased higher than that of the control group with significant difference were observed. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can alleviate the anxiety of patients and improve the medical treatment of patients experience, prompting the elderly diabetes mellitus perioperative patients complicated with hip fracture as soon as possible.
