摘要
Ti3Si C2/Ti C是一种新型复合材料,同时具有金属与陶瓷的特性,本文采用浸渗反应烧结法制备了Ti3Si C2/Ti C复合材料,并对制备复合材料的性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:当浸渗温度为1550℃时,可制备得到致密性优良的Ti3Si C2/Ti C复合材料;当Ti C含量超过18%时,抗弯强度开始下降,气孔率随之增大。
Ti3SiC2/TiC is a new kind of metallic ceramic because they combine properties of metallic and ceramic simultaneously, it was prepared by infiltration - sintering technology. The properties of composite was also discussed. The results showed that uniform and dense Ti3SiC2/TiC bulks can be synthesized by reactive sintering at 1550℃; When the amount of TiC was higher than 18%, the flexural strength began to decrease while the porosity increased.
