摘要 采用电渣熔铸方法制备了以5Cr Ni Mo为基体,WC颗粒为硬质相的WC/钢基复合材料,随后进行热处理。借助金相分析和硬度试验研究了铸锭不同部位试样的显微组织及其硬度。结果表明:横向尾部试样WC颗粒无偏聚现象,分布比较均匀;横向中部试样有较大的WC颗粒,WC颗粒含量较高。本试验制得的复合材料提高了基体硬度的7.3%~10.8%。同时综述了矿用硬质合金的最新进展,为提高矿用硬质合金的质量和降低生产成本提供新的途径。 The WC/steel composites of which 5CrNiMo was matrix and WC was hard phase were prepared by means of electroslag melting and casting method, followed by heat treatment. Through scanning electron microscopic and hardness testing, the ingot microstructure of different parts of the sample and their hardness were studied. The results show that WC particles were uniform without segregation in horizontal tail specimen. WC particles were with higher levels in transvelse central specimen. The hardness of composite material obtained by this test system is 7.3% ~ 10.8% higher than the matrix. This article summarized the latest progress of mining hard alloy, which provide a new way to improve the mining hard alloy quality and reduce the production costs.
