摘要
从材料基础出发,阐述了合金元素、强化相对集装箱铝型材组织和性能的影响;对该铝型材产品的热处理工艺进行了分析,指出了热处理工艺对产品性能的影响,结合生产实践,提出了该产品热处理控制工艺。
In the case of an aluminium profile the influence of the alloy elements, strengthen phase on performance and organization were discussed; Analyzing the heat treatment process, point out the effect of heat treatment process, on the properties of the product, according to the practice, confirmed the final process of heat treatment for the product.
