摘要
采用体外发酵产气法对新疆非常规饲料番茄酱渣、葡萄籽粕和棉籽壳的营养成分、泌乳净能、体外营养物质降解率和产气量进行了比较研究.结果表明:番茄酱渣的粗蛋白(CP)含量为19.9%,泌乳净能(NEL)估计值4.88 MJ/kg,葡萄籽粕的CP含量为13.21%,NEL估计值为4.21 MJ/kg.番茄酱渣和葡萄籽粕营养物值含量高于棉籽壳.番茄酱渣的24h营养物质降解率、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量和产气量显著高于葡萄籽粕和棉籽壳(P<0.05).因此,番茄酱渣的总体营养价值高于葡萄籽粕和棉籽壳,具有作为奶牛饲料的潜质.
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the nutritive value of unconventional feed,tomato pomace,grape seed meal and cottonseed hulls,in Xinjiang Province,meanwhile,the net energy for lactation,nutrient degradation rate and invitro gas production were also compared.The results showed as follows:the crude protein (CP)content of tomato pomace was 1 9 .9%,the net energy for lactation (NEL)estimated value was 4.88 MJ/kg,the CP content of grape seed meal was 13.21%,the NEL estimated value was 4.21 MJ/kg.The nutrients content of tomato pomace and grape seed meal were higher than that of cottonseed hulls.Tomato pomace nutrients (CP,NDF)degradation rate,volatile fatty acids (VFA)production and gas production after 24 h invitro fermentation were significantly higher than those of grape seed meal and cottonseed hulls (P〈0.05).In conclusion,the nutritive value of tomato pomace was higher than that of grape seed meal and cottonseed hulls,it had the potential to be dairy cows feed,and was the high quality feed resource.
