胫腓骨骨折内固定手术仿真训练系统设计与实现

摘要 目的 :设计胫腓骨骨折内固定手术仿真训练系统,为医学技能训练提供新方法和新手段。方法 :以具有物理属性的可操作模型为基础,建立人体组织器官的三维可视模型、软组织弹性模型和力场力感模型及手术器械仿真模型,并进行手术模拟、软组织模拟、切割模拟、海上环境模拟等关键技术集成研究。结果:建立了软硬件结合的能够模拟不同海况环境条件的虚拟手术训练平台,实现了针对胫腓骨骨折内固定手术救治的虚拟培训。结论:该系统可为操作者提供一个极具真实感和沉浸感的训练环境,是对海上既往传统手术训练模式的一种突破。 Objective To design a tibiofibula fracture fixation operation simulation training system. Methods Some applicable mode with physical attributes was used to establish three-dimensional visible model of human tissues and organs, soft tissue elasticity model,induction force and induction frequency converter model, and the simulation model of operation instruments. Integrated researches were carried out for the key technologies of surgery simulation, cutting simulation, sea environment simulation and etc. Results A virtual operation training platform with hardware and software was developed which could simulate different sea environment conditions and realize virtual training of tibiofibula fracture fixation operation. Conclusion The system provides a training environment with the senses of reality and immersion.
