阐述了战现场急救中各环节的重要性,介绍了美军战现场中的损伤模拟、液体复苏、智能电子等新概念,以及美军战现场急救中的止血、包扎、复苏、生命体征监测等新技术和装备,分析了这些概念、技术和装备在美军战伤救治领域的实际应用效果,并对相关技术和装备对国内军队战伤救治技术和装备的发展提出启示,为国内军队掌握相关领域的新技术、新装备的动向和趋势提供参考。
The importance of all links in field first aid is described, and new concepts of US army are also introduced,including damage simulation, fluid resuscitation, intelligent electronics and etc, along with some new technologies and equipment of US army in the fields of hemostasis, dressing, resuscitation and vital signs monitoring. The effects of the concepts, technologies and equipment are analyzed for the US army field first aid, and some suggestions are put forward for the PLA to promote combat injury treatment technologies and equipment.
