我国CSA发展问题研究

Research on the CSA Development of China

在食品安全问题日益突出的今天,人们对健康食品的需求日益加大,消费者为寻求安全、高品质的食品,农业生产者为了规避生产风险,CSA(社区支持/分享农业)模式应运而生,CSA倡导生态、可持续的理念,可以同时提高CSA生产者与消费者的福利。笔者立足于CSA模式的由来,尝试对这种特殊的运作模式在当今社会发挥的作用与发展中存在的问题进行总结,并给出发展建议。

Nowadays, with food safety problems becoming increasingly prominent, health food demand is gradually rising. Because consumers seek for safe/high-quality food and agricultural workers apply themselves to avoid the production risk, CSA （community shared agricultural） model emerges as the time requires. CSA advocate the concept of ecological balance and sustainahility, at the meantime improve the CSA producers and consumers＇ welfare. In this paper, based on the origin of the CSA model, this special oper- ation mode＇s impact on today＇s society and problems existing in the development of CSA were summed up as well as development suggestions.
