农村组织种类繁多,分类标准各异,但总体上参与社会管理是其应有之义。从农村社会管理的角度,作为管理的主体和职能载体,农村组织不可或缺。当前,加强农村社会管理的主要途径之一是培育和发展农村组织。在实践中,农村社会管理创新对农村组织的培育和发展提出了更高的新要求。

There were many different kinds and different classification standard of rural organization. But on the whole, to participate in social management is the righteousness. From the perspeetive of rural social management, as the main body of management and the carrier of functional, the rural organizations are indispensable. At present,the cultivation and development of the rural organization is one of the major ways in strengthening the rural social management . In practice, the rural social management innovation put forward new and higher requirements of cultivating and developing of rural organization.
