十字花科根肿病研究现状及未来趋势

根肿病在很多地区蔓延,严重影响了菜农的经济收入,生物学家投入了大量的财力、物力来研究根肿病,并在根肿菌的分类、根肿菌的生理小种分化、病原菌检测技术、病原菌有效接种技术、病原菌的生活史及生物学特性、根肿菌的防治方面取得了很好的成就。本文对近几年根肿病的致病机理、生理小种鉴定、根肿菌的防治及培养技术前景等方面的研究进行概括。

Clubroot expanded rapidly in most regions of world, it has restricted the income of vegetable farmer. In order to accelerate the development of vegetable industry biologists through unremitting efforts have made breakthrough progress in taxonomic status of Plasmoodiophora brassicae, physiological race differentiation, methods for determination, inoculation techniques, biological character- istics and control methods and so on. The paper summarized the study of clubfoot molecular pathogenesis, physiological race differ- entiation, biological controls, the future of clubfoot culture technology in the recent years, which may provide a reference for further research.
